Ten years ago today I created the 246th post for Greenford 365. To mark the blog’s anniversary I will attempt to post a photo every day throughout 2022.

An annual gathering of London’s Irish community at the grounds used by Tir Chonaill Gaels, much missed over the last two years because of Covid-19 restrictions, there were, as you would expect at an event organised by the London Irish Vintage Club, vintage cars, but it was the stunning array of tractor units recovery vehicles, old and new as well as other vehicles, buffed and polished, that dominated the show.

There is more to this event than a display of vehicles. This is an opportunity for the Irish in London to gather, to listen to live music and raise a substantial amount of money for good causes.
