Ten years ago today I created the 230th post for Greenford 365. To mark the blog’s anniversary I will attempt to post a photo every day throughout 2022.

A return visit to a building that, for a change, has survived and thrives. Ten years ago the Greenwood pub was silent and empty, sealed up with some temporary tenants to put off squatters, vandals and arsonists. There has been a close shave, an owner who did not understand the rules about refurbishing a listed building, but it is now a Wetherspoon pub and hotel. Reopened in 2016, it survived the Covid-19 pandemic and was one of the first to reopen after lockdown.
