A matter of opinion, Greenford Road

I can’t confirm the veracity of this statement – as far as I know I’ve never met Thomas. I can think of some of the adjectives the householders might have used when they found this carved into a perfectly smooth layer of cement. Note the obligatory footprints. Unlike some cement artists Thomas had the sense not to add his surname.
